Delivery and Service
At Unissograff-London we endeavour to provide you with not only high quality but also smooth service and fast delivery service. All of our products are produced at one location in London, United Kingdom, and in most cases will be shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation. This is possible because our manufacturer maintains all staffing and manufacturing operations in the same building, ensuring that each and every product is printed and manufactured to the same long-established high standards, quickly and efficiently.
Please note, however, that since everything is custom made to order, production times may vary according to the individual product and additional time for delivery is required, which will also vary depending on the destination. Furthermore, although operations do generally continue, weekends and public holidays are not counted as production days.
Currently, we only offer a standard shipping option although we are looking at adding an expedited option. That said, we think that you will be happy with the service we do provide.

Order to Delivery
When you make your order, we first need to confirm the details and payment. This may take up to 48 hours, depending on the nature of the order. Time for design, if relevant, and manufacture will also be required (see below for details).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please use the Contact Us form or e-mail us at sales-support@unissograff-london.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Original Art Custom Orders
Due to their very nature, original art custom orders require some additional time in order to create the design, obtain your confirmation, manufacture where requested, and ship the artwork or product to you. Expected time-frames vary according to the course, and the delivery location;

Shipping Fees
As a general principle, we aim to keep shipping fees to a minimum and currently we offer free delivery for all items within the UK, a flat rate for international deliveries up to £129.99*, and free delivery for international deliveries for purchases over a total £130*.

* Total must be in a single checkout, multiple separate orders cannot be combined. Please also note that Unissograff-London operates on a UK£ basis and therefore currency exchange fluctuations will affect the total cost of your purchase and delivery fees in local currency. We make every effort to ensure that this will not have a significant impact on shipping costs but if you feel that this has not been the case (for example you purchased items which in your view exceeded the threshold) then please contact us at sales-support@unissograff-london.com and we will be pleased to look at your situation.

UK Delivery
All UK domestic deliveries are free of charge.
Our manufacturer uses Royal Mail’s 1st Class Recorded service for most orders under 2kg as standard service. Royal Mail delivers 94% of our orders the next day but occasionally it may take 2-5 days, and in rare cases up to 15 working days. Standard delivery days include Saturdays, but not Sundays.
If your item is over 2kg, bulky, or large (over 60x40cm), FedEx UK couriers are used. They deliver the next business day and are also a part of standard service.

International Delivery
With the exception of our digital products, all Unissograff London items are manufactured in, and shipped from, the United Kingdom. Our manufacturer uses FedEx, DHL, TNT, Yamato or similar service as default for international deliveries, since these carriers offer detailed tracking and guaranteed quick delivery, and most will arrive in 3 ~ 5 days. Depending on the final destination, ease of passage and accessibility, it can take as little as 2 days for major cities, or up to 4 days on average, although delivery to remote locations may take longer.
In cases where a remote delivery incurs additional surcharges levied by the carrier at the time of dispatch, Unissograff will endeavour to cover those costs but please understand that delivery outside the EU may require local tax duty to pay which is administered by the local territory and therefore not within our control.

Local pick-up and in-store
Please understand that at present Unissograff London only offers on-line purchases (see why here) and we do not provide a local pick-up or in-store service at this time.

Returns, changes and cancellations
Since all Unissograff London products are custom-made to order, regrettably we do not offer returns, refunds or changes as a general rule.
However, we always want to ensure your satisfaction and in certain circumstances will consider available options on a case-by-case basis.

Customs Tax / Duty
Please be aware that while we cover all related costs of dispatch, if you are requesting delivery of your Unissograff London purchase to a location outside of the UK, then you/recipient may incur additional charges that are out of our control, such as non-reclaimable custom taxes or administration fees.

Potential service interruptions
As all of us are all too well aware these days, regrettably circumstances can be outwith our control at times and events such as the current Covid situation, trade disputes, adverse weather conditions and other unforeseen issues can cause delays.
Our manufacturer works closely with both Royal Mail and FedEx in order to minimise any delays that may arise with your delivery. We will inform you of the courier that was used for your delivery when your order is dispatched. Information and updates pertaining to your order can be found on the courier website but if you have difficulties ascertaining your situation, or more than 7 days have passed since you received your confirmation email, please Contact Us and we will do what we can to help.

Packaging
In part to minimise costs for shipping, but also in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, our manufacturer keeps packaging to a minimum.
Although this has absolutely no implication for the quality of your purchases, or their transportation (in fact, as you can see above, we only use the best carriers for safe and dependable shipping), it does mean that they will not arrive in a fancy box or wrapped in expensive gold leaf paper. We believe that not only would this be an expensive and unnecessary approach, it also goes against the values and philosophy of Unissograff London, and our efforts to help create a better world for our children.
Again, this has no bearing whatsoever on the quality of the goods you purchase, or their importance to our cause, but we would like to ask for your understanding when you receive your Unissograff delivery.
