Q. What are Unissograff™ Custom Orders?
A. Quite simply - your desired product with your desired Unissograff™ design.
We are proud to offer this unique service, giving you the ability to select any Unissograff artwork design and have it applied to the product of your choice.
For just a small preparation fee, we prepare your product just how you want it... just make your selections and choose your favourite Unissograff design!
And it will still donate to the children whose drawings form the basis of the artwork.

Q. How does it work?
A. We hope that it is easy to understand but there is a detailed explanation included in the images in the top left. Just click on the description image and enlarge it to see the instructions.

Q. Can I use my own images?
A. Unfortunately, no. The concept of Unissograff™ is 'Donation Art' - we create artwork from the 'rakugaki' drawings made by children who live in hardship or poverty and donate a portion of the proceeds to the charities that support those same children (read more here). That means that we only offer our own designs.
You can, however, order your own Unissograff Custom Art design - made with your own child's drawings - and use that to order a one-of-a-kind item of your choice.

Q. How long does it take?
A. Not much longer than ordering any regular product! We just ask for 2~3 days to make the preparations before we pass your order to our manufacturer. It will take another 2~3 days to make your product and then a further 2~7 days for it to arrive at your requested destination, depending on your location.
All said and done, you should have your customized item in just over a week.
Please do be aware however, that since custom items require additional preparation, we are currently unable to ship these orders together with other items that you may have ordered at the same time.

Q. Why are the selections sometimes different?
A. We have taken care to ensure that the artwork images in each collection are best suited to each product and so there are variations in their presentation. Gallery artwork, for example, can cover the whole product area. There are Children artwork, on the other hand, are smaller and more transparent designs and so we offer the ability to choose a background colour for your product. In cases where it makes sense, we also offer the ability to change the colour of the reverse side.
Additionally, in keeping with the Unissograff aesthetic, we have prepared images specific to the reverse side of some products (for example T-shirts), although we do offer the ability to change those as suits your taste.

Q. What if my delivered product is different?
A. Your satisfaction is paramount and our app is designed to offer you the best possible image of what your desired product will look like based upon your selections but we do ask for a degree of understanding that they may not be exactly alike (colour hues and artwork positioning may differ slightly, for example).
Regrettably, since all of our products are hand-made to order we generally do not offer refunds but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may of course contact us and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
