This stylishly unique Unissograff cut and sew Long-Sleeve T-Shirt donates towards the social rehabilitation of former child soldiers in Uganda and the educational support and welfare of children living in villages by the minefields of Cambodia.
The design is entitled "BALAKA BOSATSU".
“Balaka” is Sanskrit for ‘children’, and ca37 created this design capturing the light of Buddhism for the children, who share their courage and love indiscriminately with the world.
Balaka Bosatsu is a single-eyed Buddhist incarnation. ‘Why only one eye?’, you may ask. This represents a single straight vision without duplicity, conflict or duality, and embodies the UNISSOGRAFF message.
20% of the net proceeds from your purchase is donated to NPO Terra Renaissance which works locally to support children in Uganda and Cambodia.
The artwork is a high-definition "Unissograff Art" digital print, and was created as a collaboration between Unissograff artist ca37 and the children of conflict-damaged areas. A portion of the layers incorporated in the design feature the drawings of Cambodian children together with painted footprints captured by local children in Uganda as they took part in a folk dance.
Unissograff is art that would be incomplete without children.
Entrancing and sharp, this smart men's T-shirt is a classic fashion staple, to be worn to create many different looks.
Designed exclusively by Unissograff artist ca37, it is hand-made in London.
Match your shirt with your own unique style. This long sleeve cut and sew is faithful to the size and is made to fit neatly but if you want a tighter fit then aim for one size smaller. Alternatively, if you are looking for a looser fit, then choose one size larger. Wear with work boots, jeans and flannel shirts to recreate that 90's style.
